What I liked:
Thực tập sinh được training nhiệt tình, được join vào các dự án thực tế của công ty.
Không gian làm việc thoải mái, được cấp các thiết bị cần thiết khi đi làm.
Văn phòng hay uống trà sữa, có rất nhiều bữa liên hoan.
Không có OT, khi có OT công ty có chính sách tốt về OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Vị trí thực tập sinh lương hỗ trợ của công ty đang còn hơi thấp, mong công ty tăng thêm.

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
