What I liked:
Mình làm Developer ở HCM, môi trường ở đây khá tốt, có roadmap rõ ràng, còn về chi tiết công việc sẽ tùy dự án tùy manager, nhưng theo trải nghiệm của mình thì những người mình làm việc chung đều giỏi và thân thiện. Văn phòng công ty thoải mái, làm việc hybrid, cung cấp đầy đủ thiết bị, cho phép mình mang về nhà. Nhiều benefit tốt, nhiều hoạt động để gắn kết nhân viên.
Chính sách về OT, lương, giờ làm việc khá rõ ràng.
Suggestions for improvement:
Với mình thì ổn rồi. Nếu có suggest gì mình nghĩ sẽ tuyệt hơn nếu đi trip ngoài nước, pantry có thêm nước, sữa, nhiều bánh hơn.
Môi trường thân thiện, đồng nghiệp giỏi, dễ học hỏi.
