What I liked:
Công ty của Pháp mới mở tech hub tại VN, môi trường lành tính, đa dạng độ tuổi, từ các anh chị 8X đến các bạn 2k. Thời gian flexible, WFH 1-2 lần/tuần. Product domain cũng khá mới tại VN, team rất supportive.
Văn phòng mới tại Q1, cơ sở vật chất tốt, laptop và màn hình mua mới hoàn toàn.
Từ hồi mình vào chưa OT khi nào, work life balance lắm
Suggestions for improvement:
Vì công ty đang trong giai đoạn mới setup nên chưa có nhiều hoạt động training lắm
Môi trường linh hoạt, năng động, phúc lợi tốt

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
