Được đào tạo tiếng Nhật miễn phí ở khóa sơ cấp, về đúng giờ, ít OT, có cơ hội đi onsite nhưng cũng tùy theo team
Được trả lương tương xứng với công sức bỏ ra. Chỉ OT khi công việc gấp

Training chưa tốt, môi trường chị em, ít có hoạt động giao lưu trong cty
