What I liked:
Định hướng cho nhân viên lâu dài. Môi trường làm việc vui nhất là team Cadabra. Có câu lạc bộ đá banh mỗi sáng thứ 2.
Học được khá nhiều từ lúc training, các anh chỉ dẫn các thứ mình nên cần cải thiện.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mình nghĩ mức lương chưa tốt lắm so với mặt bằng chung. Các dự án thì hên xui nhen. Và quy định theo kiểu người Nhật khá là nghiêm ngặc về giờ giấc, thời gian làm việc.
Văn hoá Nhật, có cơ hội thăng tiến
