Môi trường làm việc khá cởi mở, đồng nghiệp thân thiện và sẵn sàng hỗ trợ trong công việc. Công ty khuyến khích chia sẻ kiến thức và tạo điều kiện để nhân viên học hỏi, tiếp cận thêm công nghệ và quy trình mới. Cách làm việc tương đối rõ ràng, tôn trọng ý kiến đóng góp của nhân viên, giúp công việc được triển khai thuận lợi.
Chính sách OT được kiểm soát, thường có thông báo trước và không diễn ra thường xuyên, nên ít ảnh hưởng đến thời gian cá nhân.
