What I liked:
Văn phòng mở, màu sắc, khiến mỗi ngày đi làm là một niềm vui.
Đồng nghiệp chơi hết mình, làm hết sức, không có biểu hiện của ma cũ ăn hiếp ma mới.
HR cực kỳ quan tâm và hỗ trợ nhanh gọn khi nhân viên có thắc mắc hoặc hỗ trợ.
Có laptop riêng, trang thiết bị đầy đủ để đáp ứng nhu cầu công việc cho từng role.
Quy trình làm việc rõ ràng, có những khóa học cho nhân viên và hoàn tiền sau khi có chứng chỉ <3
Phúc lợi đầy đủ, địa điểm làm việc ngay trung tâm HCM (Quận 3)
Team đá banh hàng tuần để giải stress sau giờ làm việc.
Mô hình agile/scrum, mọi người đều có tiếng nói.
Công ty không khuyến khích OT, làm đủ 40h/week, có thể ra về và dành thời gian cho gia đình.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hạn chế không có bãi giữ xe riêng của tòa nhà.
Đồng nghiệp hay "buồn miệng" vào bất kể sáng trưa chiều, rủ rê , rùi quến làm cân nặng không thể ngừng tăng :(
Chưa có nhiều các hoạt động giao lưu giữa các team để tăng communication.
