What I liked:
- Chế độ Training đối với Fresher bài bản và chuyên nghiệp.
- Được công ty cung cấp các suất ăn đa dạng, dinh dưỡng (đỡ mất thời gian suy nghĩ và đặt đồ ăn)
- Đầy đủ phúc lợi xã hội
- Sẽ tuỳ vào project mà có workload và kiến thức khác nhau.
- Môi trường làm việc thân thiện và hoà đồng giữa các thành viên
- OT được x2, tuy nhiên không nên ham OT nhiều bởi vì sẽ làm giảm result ở đợt đánh giá cuối năm
Suggestions for improvement:
Mọi thứ đều ổn, chỉ trừ:
- Quá nhiều rule
- Có nhiều survey và e-learning
- Fresher dưới 1 năm kinh nghiệm thì bắt buộc fixed-time (đi làm từ 8h), mình nghĩ điều này không hợp lí.
