What I liked:
What I love about this company is the comfortable working environment, provided with the company's computer and supporting equipment. Each floor is equipped with a filtered water system and is located in a suitable location. The company has a canteen with designated dishes every day of the week, also categorized for people who like vegetarian, light meals.
I have never overworked before, but I think overtime is entitled to a salary equivalent to a suitable level for some workers.
Suggestions for improvement:
The company's check-in and check-out system has a very small delay, which can lead to small errors equivalent to violating each individual's working time. Hope the company can fix this situation.
