Cơ hội được làm nhiều dự án khác nhau nên giúp mình trang bị các kỹ năng và kiễn thức khác nhau
Mình bên advisory nên ko phải OT quá nhiều như các bạn bên line Assurance.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty chú trọng các skill digital nên các upskilling programs đa phần là digital. Những technical skill như nhân sự gần như không có khoá học gì, chủ yếu On the job training
