Môi trường trẻ trung, thoải mái, hòa đồng

What I liked:
Môi trường, văn hóa của công ty tốt. Phúc lợi không phải top nhưng ổn.
- Công ty nhiều nhân sự trẻ, nhưng vẫn có chuyên môn cao (tốt nghiệp các trường hàng đầu), nhiều senior 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm
- Vì nhiều người trẻ nên môi trường, văn hóa cũng vui vẻ, dễ hòa đồng, dễ thân thiết với đồng nghiệp. Theo mình thấy, vì quy mô công ty không lớn (< 60 người), nên nếu có vấn đề gì, mọi người đều cố gắng nói chuyện thẳng thắn. Cơ bản là không có chuyện chia bè kết phái.
- Trong công việc không bị micro-management. Bù lại thì yêu cầu nhân viên phải tự quản lý thời gian, sắp xếp plan hợp lý. Chắc như vậy đỡ hơn nhiều với các mô hình công ty truyền thống, cứng nhắc hơn.
- Quanh năm có nhiều hoạt động cho cả công ty/cả phòng ban, nên càng dễ bonding, từ đó làm việc với nhau cũng dễ hơn.
Công ty lại khá đề cao cân bằng cuộc sống và công việc. Overtime gần như không có - chỉ trừ khi trong giai đoạn gấp rút của project.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty nhỏ nên cơ hội thăng tiến không nhiều, chủ yếu hợp với ai thích ổn định.
- Office nên chuẩn bị thêm đồ ăn / vị trí ngủ trưa
- Phúc lợi trên trung bình nhưng không phải top thị trường, nên tùy vào năng lực cũng có người nhảy việc.
- Công ty nên open hơn với các ý tưởng project / kinh doanh mới (có lẽ vì môi trường gốc Nhật nên bị cứng nhắc các vấn đề pháp lý, business v.v)
