What I liked:

_ Flexible working hours and remote working days during the month. On rainy, stormy, flooded or windy days, the company allows employees to work remotely to ensure safety.

_ New employees are professionally guided onboarding, provided with macbooks and modern working equipment.
_ There are tuition fees for employees that will be refunded if they bring certificates back to the company after completing their studies.
_ The company pays full salary insurance, so the total income may not be high.
