PIXTA có nhiều mentors giỏi và tận tâm, đặc biệt là trao quyền cho các bạn intern và junior được thử - được sai, học tập qua dự án và phát triển kỹ năng
Công ty không thường xuyên yêu cầu nhân sự làm việc OT. Vào giai đoạn cao điểm, nếu cần phải OT dự án, chế độ cũng rất tương xứng
Suggestions for improvement:
Thúc đẩy hoạt động học tập toàn công ty mạnh mẽ hơn
Môi trường làm việc trẻ trung năng động
