What I liked:
Chế độ lương, thưởng khá tốt. Lương không thấp hơn so với mặt bằng thị trường (hoặc không thấp hơn nhiều). Còn thưởng khá nhiều, 1 năm được thưởng đến 3-4 tháng lương là có thật.
Tầm 2-3 tháng là được công ty cho đi ăn uống. Cũng có quà cho các dịp lễ lớn.
Mọi người ở công ty khá thân thiện, sẵn sàng giúp đỡ nhau. Trong công ty có nhiều người giỏi có thể học hỏi được từ họ khá nhiều.
Nghỉ lễ nhiều hơn so với bình thường ( thường dồn vào cuối năm, 30/4). Nghĩ phép không bị gò bó, có thể được làm việc ở nhà nếu muốn.
Công ty có 3 chi nhánh (HCM, Đà Nẵng, Hải Phòng). Riêng chi nhánh Hải Phòng có những đồng nghiệp rất tuyệt vời, khó có thể kiếm được những đồng nghiệp như vậy ở nơi khác.
Chế độ cho OT rất rõ ràng, hợp lí. Tuỳ từng dự án, nhưng nhìn chung ít phải OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhìn chung trang thiết bị cần cải thiên. Được cấp mac air, màn hình rời cơ bản. Cũng tuỳ dự án nhưng nói chung chưa đáp ứng được chuyện làm việc một cách mượt mà, trơn chu. Cũng khó khăn trong việc xin nâng cấp máy móc.
Trong công ty cũng không có nhiều hoạt động ngoài lề. Văn hoá đang xây dựng nhìn chung khá tốt và tích cực nhưng áp dụng thực tiễn thì chưa thấy có gì quá nổi bật.
