What I liked:
Công ty tạo nhiều điều kiện cho nhân viên phát triển. Thường xuyên có những hoạt động giúp gắn kết và cải thiện tinh thần nhân viên. Các anh/em technical nhiệt tình và luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ. Đặc biệt là sẽ có cơ hội đi onsite nước ngoài, giao lưu, học hỏi với các team khác.
OT có lương theo quy định nhà nước, công ty cũng không khuyến khích OT để nhân viên có thời gian dành cho gia đình.
Suggestions for improvement:
Về cơ bản thì PRDCV là một môi trường tuyệt vời để đồng hành, hiện tại chưa có góp ý gì thêm.
