What I liked:
- Được làm việc cùng nhiều anh chị em giỏi, học được nhiều thứ mới.
- Thu nhập trung bình khá, tốt hơn so với mặt bằng nhiều công ty khác.
- Hoạt động Team Building của từng phòng ban ok.
- Công ty có nhiều khoản thưởng để khích lệ tinh thần anh chị em.
Chế độ OT sòng phẳng, tốt và rõ ràng. Công ty không bắt ép nhân viên phải OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Có nhiều vấn đề cần cải thiện như:
- Còn nhiều khó khăn cho người mới trong cơ chế làm thủ tục qua các hệ thống nội bộ.
- Nên có nhiều chương trình Q&A để có sự trao đổi và thấu hiểu giữa nhân viên và quản lý cấp cao hơn nữa.
