Những điểm tôi đánh giá cao:
- Văn hóa Bắc Âu cởi mở & Tôn trọng Work-life balance: Công ty vận hành theo phong cách quản lý của Bắc Âu, đề cao sự chủ động và sáng tạo. Mỗi cá nhân đều được trao quyền tự quyết và chịu trách nhiệm với dự án của mình. Đặc biệt, công ty cực kỳ tôn trọng sự cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống, hoàn toàn không có văn hóa ép OT (trừ những trường hợp dự án thực sự cấp bách).
- Chế độ đãi ngộ & Phúc lợi toàn diện: * Mức lương thưởng rất cạnh tranh, có đợt đánh giá năng lực (performance review) hàng năm để xét tăng lương minh bạch.
- Trang bị đầy đủ thiết bị hiện đại (laptop cấu hình cao) để phục vụ công việc.
- Gói chăm sóc sức khỏe tốt: Bảo hiểm sức khỏe tư nhân và khám sức khỏe định kỳ hàng năm.

Hiện tại tôi rất hài lòng với định hướng và văn hóa làm việc của Outpost24. Điểm 'cần cải thiện' duy nhất có lẽ là công ty nên mở rộng quy mô team tại Việt Nam nhiều hơn nữa để có thêm nhiều đồng đội giỏi cùng chạy các dự án lớn từ Global
