What I liked:
Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, năng động với đội ngũ nhân viên tận tâm và sáng tạo dày kinh nghiệm. Công ty luôn chú trọng đến việc phát triển và đào tạo nhân viên với nhieuf khóa đào tạo về các kỹ năng năng và chuyên môn, từ đó giúp mỗi cá nhân không ngừng hoàn thiện và thăng tiến trong sự nghiệp.
Một trong những điểm mạnh của Niteco là văn hóa công ty cởi mở và thân thiện. Mọi người luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau, từ ban lãnh đạo đến các đồng nghiệp. Điều này tạo ra một bầu không khí làm việc đầy cảm hứng và khích lệ, giúp mình cảm thấy tự tin và có động lực để cống hiến.
Chế độ đãi ngộ tại Niteco cũng rất tốt, với mức lương cạnh tranh và các phúc lợi hấp dẫn như bảo hiểm full lương, BH Bảo lãnh, thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, cùng nhiều hoạt động team-building vui vẻ,
Công doàn tạo ra nhiều CLB sân chơi và thường xuyên tổ chức các cuộc thi thể thao, xem phim giúp nhân viên gắn kết hơn. Công ty cũng đặc biệt chú trọng đến sự cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống, giúp nhân viên có thể đạt được hiệu quả cao nhất mà vẫn duy trì được sức khỏe tinh thần. Tủ lạnh cty luôn đầy sữa đồ ăn, mì trứng xúc xích ko bao giờ lo bị đói
Chính sách OT công bằng, minh bạch, không ép buộc. Nhân viên được đền bù xứng đáng, cân bằng tốt giữa công việc và cuộc sống.

Công ty tốt, môi trường làm việc hoàn hảo, nếu cty tạo điều kiện tuyển nhiều slot hơn cho các bạn intern và fresher học hỏi thêm kinh nghiệm và cống hiến sức trẻ sự sáng tạo thì quả là điều tuyệt vời
