What I liked:
Tôi sẽ không nói nhiều về phúc lợi, vì đó là những điều bạn có thể đọc trong mô tả công việc. Điều tôi muốn chia sẻ là một điều mà 13 năm trước, không ai nói với tôi: hãy chọn một nơi mà ngay cả những người giỏi nhất cũng vẫn không ngừng học hỏi.
Tại Niteco, tôi làm việc cùng những người giỏi hơn mình ở từng lĩnh vực. Chính điều đó giúp tôi luôn giữ được sự khiêm tốn và không ngừng tiến bộ trong suốt 13 năm qua.
Rất ổn, ít khi phải làm thêm giờ nên rất balance,
