What I liked:
Môi trường thoải mái, sếp dễ tính không soi mói, lương ở mức trên trung bình so với mặt bằng chung, có cơ hội làm việc với đối tác nước ngoài để nâng cao khả năng ngoại ngữ.
Thường thì cũng không phải OT. Chỉ có một số team (247 chẳng hạn) thì mới phải OT thôi.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nghỉ trưa hơi ít thời gian, nếu tăng được lên 1 tiếng rưỡi thì tốt. Tăng lương hàng năm không đáng kể, trừ phi bạn thực sự xuất sắc.
Môi trường chuyên nghiệp, đãi ngộ tốt, cân bằng công việc và cuộc sống.
