What I liked:
Đi làm thì chắc ai cũng mong có một môi trường làm việc được cọ xát nhiều để phát triển bản thân, mình hiện tại vẫn đang sastify với điều đó tại Gradion. Nói chung mấy chế độ phúc lợi thì cũng giống công ty khác, làm hybrid nên cũng thoải mái, công ty có happy hour và sự kiện, workshop hằng tháng khá vui, nhiều hoạt động nội bộ thú vị.
Công ty có rate lương tốt so với mặt bằng chung, giờ giấc làm việc thoải mái, không yêu cầu chấm công, OT theo chính sách.
Suggestions for improvement:
Chỗ ngồi làm việc hơi bí, bị kín quá, khu PM thì nhìn ra vườn cây xanh đẹp hơn, nhiều khi làm việc nhìn màn hình nhiều mỏi mắt nếu có không gian thoáng hơn thì tốt. Toilet xa, mỗi lần đi chắc hết 5p.
