What I liked:
- PC được cấp rất xịn, 64GB RAM, I7-14700K, RTX 4060Ti, SSD 4TB. Màn hình dùng cũng là loại tốt, giá thị trường tầm 8tr mà mỗi người được cấp 2 màn lận
- Có cung cấp khóa học Udemy, được thêm một ngày phép trong tháng sinh nhật
- Bảo hiểm sức khỏe xịn xò
- Trợ cấp ăn trưa hào phóng (Gần 1 triệu) mà công ty vẫn có mì tôm miễn phí ở pantry, nếu muốn tiết kiệm tiền trợ cấp này thì có thể ăn mì ở pantry :v
- Văn phòng xịn, miễn phí gửi xe, thậm chí gửi xe qua đêm không tính tiền
- Có các câu lạc bộ
- Cái này thì chắc là tùy team nhưng từ lúc vào đây toàn được sếp rủ đi ăn ngon: Haidilao, Cửu Vân Long, Poseidon, D'Maris, ...
- Xung quanh người giỏi nhiều, công ty có văn hóa engineering nên rất tốt để học hỏi và career path
- Thử việc 100% lương. Lương tuy không phải top tier nhưng cũng ở mức khá cao, đặc biệt với level fresher
Có 2 lựa chọn OT: một là trả lương OT hoặc hai là bù ngày nghỉ, bạn thích có thể chọn cái nào cũng được
Suggestions for improvement:
- Thêm chỗ nghỉ trưa
- Cần thêm bàn bi lắc, máy PS5 để giải trí và ra dáng công ty game hơn
- Là công ty Hàn nên không tránh khỏi bị track time chi tiết, không có WFH
- Team nhiều fresher quá trong khi ít senior, nên có thêm các anh senior để hướng dẫn
