Văn hóa thoải mái, sếp lắng nghe ý kiến nhân viên, nhiều event chương trình cho nhân viên ngày lễ, không OT
Ít khi OT, khi OT sẽ đc sếp duyệt qua và OTlog. Lương OT ngày lễ cao
Suggestions for improvement:
Mức lương khá thấp so với mặt bằng, còn nhiều khâu trong quy trình cần cải thiện
