Môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, highly recommend

What I liked:
- Được tạo cơ hội để theo đúng định hướng nghề nghiệp của bản thân, vì công ty lâu đời nên methodology cho định hướng career path của từng bạn cũng được làm rất bài bản, có mentor để hướng dẫn và sếp cũng sẽ hỏi để có thể hỗ trợ bạn định hướng đúng path mà bạn chọn
- Được giao tiếp với khách hàng, giao tiếp tiếng Anh hàng ngày, học được nhiều thứ và cách để giao tiếp hiệu quả và chuyên nghiệp
- Được đi on-site Đan mạch :))) nghe mấy a chị bảo cứ lên level là được đi nên ráng đi mn
- Môi trường quốc tế, năng động, hội nhập. Dự án mình ngoài team Việt Nam còn có team ở Đan Mạch và Ba Lan. Kế hoạch rõ ràng, quy trình làm việc chuẩn chỉnh.
- Có nhiều câu lạc bộ và rất nhiều hoạt động bên lề, ty tỷ các thể loại workshop, tất tần tật các môn thể thao và hoạt động rất ok
- Mình tham gia công ty khi chưa tốt nghiệp, được on-board rất chỉn chu từ business đến tech và thông qua từng task mà mọi người sẽ tăng dần độ khó để mình được học hỏi và improve. Team lead luôn chủ động check well-being hàng tháng khoảng 30p để xem và hỏi lại định hướng của mình. Nói thật, mình siêu may mắn khi được tham gia team, mình luôn enjoy và mọi người cũng rất vui, ai cũng giỏi và mình học được rất nhiều thứ. Ý là kể k hết đâu á, nói chung mình iu Netcompany, công ty đầu tiên mình apply và dính luôn tới giờ
OT có lương á, khi nào có việc gấp hoặc release gì đó mới cần còn bình thường thì sếp đuổi về
Suggestions for improvement:
- Đồ ăn trưa nên đa dạng hơnnn để mình có nhiều lựa chọn cho cái bụng đói của mình :)
