What I liked:
Công ty có các khoá seminar và onsite ở Đan Mạch theo level. Join công ty tầm 6-8 tháng sẽ được xếp lịch đi nếu lúc đó không quá lạnh.
Thường mọi người sẽ ở lại thêm để đi chơi. Cơ hội để trải nghiệm thử văn hoá, làm việc, và du lịch ở Châu Âu.
Đa dạng các câu lạc bộ như cầu lông, bóng rổ, và boardgame vv. Có các chương trình afterdark khá thú vị để mọi người trải nghiệm những thứ mà chắc bình thường ít khi thử như vẽ tranh acrylic, làm kokedama, jesmonite hay bắn súng, bóng chày vv
Friday bar mỗi 2 tuần 1 lần
Có hệ thống academy để học và tài trợ tiền thi certificate
Dự án đa dạng, có cơ hội tiếp xúc nhiều domain
Dự án global, được làm việc với đồng nghiệp khắp Châu Âu như Đan Mạch, Ba Lan, Hy Lạp vv
Thường thì bạn sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với khâch hàng và làm nhiều vai trò trong quá trình phát triển dự án
Tỉ lệ OT thì tuỳ dự án và tùy mùa. Dự án mình thì hầu như không OT. Lương OT được trả đầy đủ theo luật lao động
Suggestions for improvement:
Cải thiện thì chắc là cơm trưa. Thường cơm trưa vendor nấu không ngon lắm.
