What I liked:
Văn phòng đầy đủ tiện nghi, có hỗ trợ ăn trưa và pantry với nước uống, bánh kẹo đầy đủ. Benefit tương đối tốt so với mặt bằng chung cho fresher/junior.
Ngoài ra, môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, quy trình rõ ràng giúp nhân viên hiểu được cách một dự án vận hành từ đầu đến cuối. Khi làm việc tại đây, bạn được kỳ vọng có thể thích nghi với nhiều vai trò trong một Software Development Cycle (analysis, development, testing, deployment…), từ đó có cái nhìn tổng thể và lựa chọn hướng phát triển lâu dài cho bản thân.
Minh bạch và được thông báo rõ ràng theo tùy* dự án. Lương OT trả đầy đủ và đúng quy định.
Suggestions for improvement:
Lộ trình phát triển hiện tại khá rộng, phù hợp với người muốn trải nghiệm nhiều mảng khác nhau. Tuy nhiên, với một số bạn muốn đi chuyên sâu sớm (ví dụ thuần technical hoặc thuần BA/PM), định hướng có thể chưa đủ cụ thể và rõ ràng, dẫn đến việc sau một thời gian làm việc sẽ có xu hướng tìm kiếm môi trường chuyên biệt hơn.
Nếu công ty có thể xây dựng career path chi tiết hơn theo từng track (Technical Expert, Management, BA, etc.) với mốc năng lực và kỳ vọng rõ ràng, sẽ giúp giữ chân nhân sự tốt hơn.
