- Có cơ hội on-site Châu Âu
- Phỏng vấn đều bằng tiếng anh
- Một trong những công ty có benefit tốt nhất
- Bộ phận HR rất chuyên nghiệp, support hết mình từ lúc bắt đầu phỏng vấn
Tốt, không có vấn đề
Thường không cần phải OT, nếu có thì sẽ thưởng và được hỗ trợ ăn tối
Suggestions for improvement:
- Không biết mình sẽ phải move tới project nào khi được thông báo. Chỉ biết là mình sẽ được chuyển sang project khác. Cần nói rõ để nhân viên không tò mò
- Project lớn thông thường sẽ có process, development cycle rõ ràng, nhỏ thì sẽ bị cắt giảm kha khá, có thể ảnh hưởng để career path của nhân viên. Nên follow thì tốt hơn
- Ngoài internal academy thì hầu như không có support udemy hay coursera để nhân viên phát triển thêm. Thường phải request để học certificate, khá mất thời gian. Nên đầu tư điểm này
