Ở đây OT tuỳ vào mức độ hoàn thành task của dự án, chưa OT bao giờ nên không rõ
Suggestions for improvement:
Task asign chưa hợp lý, ở Việt Nam toàn làm thợ trong khi trình độ các anh senior cũng rất giỏi
