What I liked:
Công ty có chính sách mentor-mentee khá hay, mentor sẽ là những anh senior/manager, giúp mình có thêm insight cũng như discuss sau những đợt đánh giá năng lực, từ đó cải thiện cũng như feedback.
Ngoài ra chính sách senior khá tốt, có lương tháng 14 và được budget 15tr để mua điện thoại.
Về công ty thì có lầu 29 cực đẹp và chuẩn phong cách Châu Âu, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, support lẫn nhau. Những bạn bên Đan Mạch, Ba Lan vui vẻ, friendly.
Mấy cô lao công cực kì nice, đồ ăn, thức uống trong phòng ăn cũng khá ngon. Công ty cũng có chính sách friday bar cho nhân viên đi ăn uống và mở rộng network. Dễ lên kí lắm =))
Hầu như hiếm khi overtime, nhưng sẽ có allowance để ăn tối cũng như trả đúng luật. Khá hài lòng
Suggestions for improvement:
Sometimes the food in the canteen feels unreasonable compared to its price.
I truly hope the company would consider allowing employees to skip the lunch break, similar to the policy at DK. For example, having lunch at 12:00, returning to work at 12:30, and then leaving at 5:00 PM.
This DK-style policy would help employees feel more comfortable and reduce time spent in traffic. Currently, for those who live far from the office, commuting can take up to 10 hours a day, which is quite exhausting.
I feel that the one-hour lunch break is somewhat wasted at the office, and by the time I get home, I have very little time left for my family and for myself. Traffic congestion really drains my energy.
