Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, môi trường làm việc trẻ trung và năng động
OT có trả lương đầy đủ, rõ ràng với nhân viên, không ép buộc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên tập trung hơn vào việc phát triển và nâng cao trình độ cho nhân sự thay vì quá tập trung vào việc thu hút dự án. Nhiều nhân viên muốn gắn bó lâu dài với công ty, nhưng vì cảm thấy lộ trình phát triển không rõ ràng nên dễ từ bỏ.
Không có áp lực về tiền thì có thể làm việc ở đây thoải mái
