What I love most about working at NashTech is the culture of continuous learning. There's always an opportunity to grow — whether it's through internal training, certifications, or working on projects that genuinely challenge you.
I think the overtime policy is generally fair and transparent.
Suggestions for improvement:
If I could suggest one thing, it would be around flexibility — perhaps giving teams more autonomy to manage their own schedules during crunch periods, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I'd also love to see more structured recovery time or comp leave options after intensive project sprints. Small touches like that can go a long way in keeping morale and productivity high long-term.
