What I liked:
Quy trình làm việc rõ ràng, chương trình đào tạo nhân lực nội bộ tốt, đa dạng các khoá học do các anh chị senior hướng dẫn để cá nhân hoá lộ trình phát triển. Đồng nghiệp thoải mái, tử tế và nhiệt tình trong công việc.
Rất hiếm khi phải OT, nếu OT thì được trả 150% trong tuần và 200% vào cuối tuần
Suggestions for improvement:
Phần lớn thời gian là làm việc trong dự án nên LM không nắm được chi tiết năng lực của member, chỉ nghe đánh giá từ PM. Trong khi PM không có kỹ năng chuyên môn để đánh giá đúng năng lực thành viên mà chỉ quan tâm đến tiến độ dự án.
