What I liked:
Môi trường chuyên nghiệp, cạnh tranh, kỷ luật công nghệ đi trước rất nhiều so với bank khác, môi trường tốt để rèn đứa bản thân và phát triển
Hệ thống tài chính nên ae hay phải golive đêm nên đôi khi khá mệt. Bù lại hôm sau được nghỉ buổi sáng. Ae vào MB cần sức khoẻ tốt
Có chính sách hỗ trợ OT thoải mái, tốt khi làm dự án
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại tôi không thấy quá nhiều vấn đề để có thể yêu cầu cải thiện
