What I liked:
Công ty start-up nên đa số nhân sự đều trẻ, năng động, nhiệt huyết.
CTO rất giỏi và tâm lý: luôn quan tâm và hỗ trợ team. Làm việc với Vincent như là tiếp thêm một bầu trời tri thức, hỏi cái gì anh cũng nhiệt tình chỉ bảo và hướng dẫn làm đến tận răng.
Sản phẩm khá mới nhưng được khách hàng tin dùng nên cũng team dev luôn nỗ lực 200% để đem đến những tiện ích nhất cho sản phẩm.
Cảm giác thiệt là chill khi là một trong những thành viên xây dựng và hoàn thiện sản phẩm. Môi trường tốt để anh em dev nâng trình nhen, vào được học biết bao nhiêu là thứ mới, môi trường đáng để làm việc nha.
Từ lúc đi làm đến giờ chưa ngày nào OT quá 3 tiếng, nếu dự án cần gấp thì mới OT thôi, nhưng hầu như rất hiếm khi OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nhân sự còn ít nên việc hơi nhiều một tí, nhưng được cái chính sách OT rõ ràng. Nếu thêm nhiều nhân sự thì quá tốt.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
