Phúc lợi và môi trường làm việc ổn ở mức trung bình, có đầy đủ phúc lợi cơ bản
Chế độ ổn, văn hóa Nhật nên khá quy trình, chưa có sự linh động trong công việc, chưa có WFH
Suggestions for improvement:
Có chế độ wfh nhầm giúp nhân viên có nhiều không gian và thời gian làm việc linh động hơn
