Công việc, quy trình, quản lý dự án bài bản rõ ràng
Phù hợp với sinh viên mới ra trường sẽ học hỏi được nhiều thứ
Trả lương OT đầy đủ, Ít khi OT
OT sẽ tùy theo dự án có gấp hay không
Suggestions for improvement:
Mức lương trung bình so với các cty Nhật khác và thấp khi so với các cty Nước Ngoài nên đây là nguyên nhân nhân viên dễ nhảy việc
Vì theo văn hóa Nhật, nên có các quy định khắc khe trong cty
Đa số là nhân viên trẻ nên cty nên nghiên cứu cách làm việc 1 cách hiện đại đổi mới sẽ có hiệu quả hơn
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, trainer nhiệt tình
