Sếp nhiều kinh nghiệm, đồng nghiệp hướng dẫn tận tình. Làm rất nhanh lên trình
Không có lưởng thưởng OT hay thưởng dự án. Chỉ có lương cứng hàng tháng, ko bonus gì thêm.
Suggestions for improvement:
Mức lương chưa cạnh tranh, thấp hơn mặt bằng chung thị trường 15-20%. Phúc lợi basic, ko có điểm gì vượt trội đáng để khoe.
