What I liked:
Đồng nghiệp hỗ trợ tốt, học hỏi được nhiều, được va chạm tham gia nhiều dự án, deadline dí là điều tất nhiên nhưng với người mới thì là cơ hội rất tốt để phát triển mạnh về năng lực. Công ty thường xuyên tạo điều kiện để nhân viên học và thi thêm khóa học và chứng chỉ chuyên ngành.
Có ghi nhận OT của nhân viên, nghỉ bù thay vì trả lương OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Đãi ngộ cần cải thiện hơn, tạm ổn với người ít kn.
Chế độ làm việc thoải mái, mentor nhiệt tình, anh chị trong công việc vui vẻ
