A great working environment for personal development

What I liked:
It was a great journey throughout my 2-years experience of working at Knorex, because:
- Working environment:
+ Professional, supportive and friendly managers, leaders, and colleagues.
+ People here are kind and energetic, working with them allows me to perform my abilities and express my opinions without fear of negative judgment or criticism —> A balanced and healthy environment for personal development.
+ Team leaders encourage us to have a work-life balance lifestyle.
- RnP team:
+ In the RnP team, you have chances to take ownership of projects, and to propose your own approaches.
+ Leaders of RnP team are not only give us professional feedbacks in researching AI/ML topics but also open to listening to our issues and providing constructive feedback for further steps —> I always feel heard, respected, and learned a lots when working with my RnP team leaders. The team has provided me with invaluable academic and practical knowledge.
+ I feel fortunate to have worked alongside such talented seniors and excellent leaders in RnP team.
+ Daily stand-up meetings allow us to raise issues and get helped as soon as possible.
- Benefits:

In RnP team, no OT or extra working hours are required, therefore I have no comment on this question
Suggestions for improvement:
I had a generally positive experience working at Knorex, but there are a few points to note:
- In RnP team, projects are often new topics and require domain knowledge in Programmatic advertising, so skills such as self-learning and problem-solving are essential.
- Collaborating with teams outside RnP team may take time, so you should plan project timelines accordingly.
- Be proactive in raising questions and issues during RnP projects to avoid delays that could affect your performance KPIs.
- Don’t miss out on company bonding events to enjoy memorable moments and experience the friendliness of the team at Knorex!
