Về góc độ cá nhân thì mình hài lòng khi làm việc ở Kiwi

What I liked:
- Công ty rộng rãi, thoáng mát (mát lạnh luôn).
- Môi trường đồng nghiệp thân thiện.
+ Đồng nghiệp hỗ trợ nhiệt tình nếu mà chịu học hỏi nhiều.
+ Công ty ít đấu đá hay drama giữa các đồng nghiệp.
+ ... còn nhiều nữa nhưng không tiện kể vì kể ra mọi người lại đoán mình là ai thì mất hay haha
Lương OT hợp lý và tính đúng theo luật lao động, thường ít OT, nhưng thỉnh thoảng có đợt OT thì cũng khá căng nếu mà nhiều dự án cùng lúc.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Công ty ít người nên thiếu các buổi tiệc hay ít hoạt động, ban đầu công ty còn có KPI hàng quý nhưng do bây giờ ít dự án nên cũng không còn KPI nữa nên cũng không có thưởng. Công ty nên tổ chức một số hoạt động tối thiểu (dù là ít thành viên) cho có 'không khí' một chút và nhân viên cũng cảm nhận được sự quan tâm từ sếp.
- Công ty cần tìm thêm nhiều dự án nữa để phát triển nhiều hơn.
