What I liked:
- Thời gian làm việc: Công ty được linh hoạt đi làm check in từ 8h-9h, out 17h30-18h30
- Đã có thêm nhiều khóa học nội bộ để thúc đẩy đào tạo năng lực cho nhân viên IT và NonIT.
- Môi trường làm việc thoải mái
- Thưởng KPI có cho 6 tháng , 1 năm, thưởng tháng 13 tốt
- Có bảo hiểm sức khỏe nâng cao nhưng từ senior mới được
Công ty chú trọng phát triển đào tạo và linh hoạt hơn về giờ giấc,môi trường làm việc thoải mái
Suggestions for improvement:
- Bổ sung thêm không gian giải trí cho nhân viên: hiện tại có nhưng chưa đủ như bàn bi-a.
- Bổ sung thêm chế độ bảo hiểm sức khỏe nâng cao cho toàn bộ nhân viên, và người thân.
