What I liked:
Location thuận tiện cho việc đi lại, hầu như không có OT.
Đồng nghiệp luôn giúp đỡ lẫn nhau, thẳng thắn chia sẻ trong công việc.
Có khu giải trí (bi lắc, board game) giúp mọi người dễ gắn kết, giải tỏa căng thẳng sau giờ làm.
Hầu như không có OT, nên chưa biết OT như thế nào.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nên đơn giản hơn về mặt policy, cần flexible theo từng trường hợp.
