What I liked:
- Sản phẩm, tầm nhìn và sứ mệnh của ITviec
- Sếp Nhật nên quan tâm về chất lượng sản phẩm và follow luật :D
- Chú trọng kết quả
- Sếp trực tiếp và các phòng ban luôn hỗ trợ nhau
- Training giữa các phòng ban. Mọi người giỏi nhưng cự kì thân thiện
- Đồ ăn đầy tủ
- Sếp, đồng nghiệp thân thiện luôn sẵn sàng hỗ trợ nhau
- Team Admin luôn lắng nghe và cải thiện policy và benifits
Suggestions for improvement:
- Văn phòng hơi nhỏ nhưng bù lại được các chú bảo vệ dễ thương.
- Hi vọng công ty ngày càng phát triển và luôn lắng nghe nhân viên như bây giờ, hỗ trợ được nhiều nhà tuyển dụng tuyển thành công.
- Hình như kết nối ngoài giờ làm việc công ty mình hơi ít. Lập hội thôi ạ
