What I liked:
- Phúc lợi tốt, công ty có thưởng trước tết
- Có mua và đóng BHXH đầy đủ, đồng thời mua riêng cho 1 gói bảo hiểm riêng
- Môi trường làm việc bình yên, thoải mái
- Sếp người nước ngoài, phù hợp cho những ai muốn giao tiếp trau dồi tiếng Anh, tiếng Pháp.
- Không có tốn phí gửi xe
- Thỉnh thoảng có thể WFH
Công ty rất ít khi OT, vì công ty cũng thoáng về mặt thời gian(tùy phòng ban), miễn xong task được giao là ok
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên tổ chức những chuyến company trip kiểu oversea.
