Môi trường gò bó, ngột ngạt, phù hợp cho các bạn trẻ mới ra trường, làm 1 đến 2 năm thì nên nhảy
OT quy đổi ra nghỉ bù thay vì tiền, nghỉ bù 1 trong các ngày trong tuần
Suggestions for improvement:
Có chế độ tăng lương và quy trình thăng tiến rõ ràng
