Tuỳ dự án mà gặp được leader có tâm hay không, mình may mắn ở trong một team khá nice
OT không được tính lương hoặc số giờ tính OT thực tế rất ít
Suggestions for improvement:
Lương tăng khá chán, nhỏ nhỏ hằng năm, có cảm giác như tăng auto chứ không có sếp review lương.
