- Được học nhiều kĩ năng mới
- Không OT hoặc có OT thì phải được khách hàng đồng ý
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên được xét tăng lương 2 lần/1 năm
- Cấp laptop để thuận tiện đi lại làm việc
- Review tăng lương nên rõ ràng hơn
- Tăng các phúc lợi khác
