What I liked:
Có cơ hội chau dồi kiến thức chuyên môn và mở rộng kỹ năng, có cơ hội thể hiện bản thân, được thăng tiến thành key-member.
Đồng nghiệp thân thiện.
Hàng tháng đều tổ chức party kỷ niệm các ngày lễ (quốc tế thiếu nhi, 8/3,...)
Team planning rất chính xác nên gần như không có OT.
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng chưa sạch sẽ, chỗ ngồi chật chội, chưa có (hoặc ít) những big-size project để học về các công nghệ, kỹ thuật scale theo hàng triệu người dùng.
Không có pantry và snack.
