What I liked:
- Lương khá cao so với mặt bằng chung, benefit tốt, đặc biệt là đối với fresher junior
- Văn phòng xịn xò ở khu Thảo Điền
- Domain tuy không hot nhưng ổn định
- Môi trường nhiều người giỏi, học hỏi được nhiều
- Anh em hoà đồng, thân thiện, giúp đỡ lẫn nhau
Công ty hiếm khi OT, nếu có thì được trả tiền đầy đủ
Suggestions for improvement:
- Lúc trước có hybrid mode, work from home nhưng gần đây không còn, bắt buộc phải lên công ty hết
- Tech khá cũ
- Laptop được cấp hơi kém (có thể do máy cá nhân mình là Macbook nên mình chuyển qua lap công ty thấy vậy)
Công ty ổn, benefit tốt, phù hợp ai muốn làm lâu dài ổn định
