What I liked:
- Nhờ có chính sách làm việc hybrid nên nhân viên tiết kiệm rất nhiều thời gian và công việc cũng hiệu quả hơn.
- Bộ phận quản lý bao gồm CEO, HR, DM, PM, Leader đều rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện.
- Nhân viên được cấp đầy đủ trang thiết bị để làm việc tại nhà, laptop xịn xò.
- Công ty luôn lắng nghe và giải đáp mọi thắc mắc của nhân viên 1 cách nhanh chóng, rõ ràng, minh bạch.
- Mình đặc biệt ấn tượng cách làm việc chuyên nghiệp và cũng rất gần gũi của CEO, các anh chị bên team Mars.
- Mức lương mình nghĩ là cao so với mặt bằng chung.
Trong team mình rất hiếm khi phải OT, hầu như là không OT luôn.

Hiện tại mình chưa tìm ra điểm gì cần cải thiện cả.
