Chính sách mình bạch, mặc dù làm việc tại nhà thường xuyên nhưng nhân viên vẫn được chia sẻ thông tin và kết nối qua nhiều hoạt động online và offline của công ty.

Công ty đã không ngừng cải thiện cách thức hỗ trợ nhân viên. Thông qua việc lắng nghe phản hồi của nhân viên từ nhiều kênh khác nhau mà công ty đã có những giải pháp kịp thời và phù hợp để hỗ trợ cho nhân viên.
Mình rất hài lòng khi làm việc tại Groove Technology.
