What I liked:
Mình rất hài lòng với trải nghiệm tại GON TECH. Điểm mạnh nhất là đội ngũ support và kỹ thuật làm việc cực kỳ bài bản, chuyên nghiệp. Mọi vấn đề phát sinh trong dự án đều được giải quyết nhanh chóng, dứt khoát. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện, luôn sẵn sàng chia sẻ kiến thức, tạo điều kiện cho các thành viên level up bản thân mỗi ngày.
Công ty quản lý dự án tốt, ít khi phải OT. Nếu có phát sinh, mọi người luôn hỗ trợ nhau nhiệt tình để hoàn thành đúng tiến độ.
Suggestions for improvement:
Hiện tại mọi thứ đều đang vận hành rất tốt. Hy vọng công ty sẽ tổ chức thêm nhiều buổi workshop kỹ thuật chuyên sâu hoặc các hoạt động team building để anh em các dự án có thêm cơ hội gắn kết và học hỏi lẫn nhau nhiều hơn nữa.

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
