Văn phòng đẹp, bàn làm việc rộng rãi thoải mái, được tự do về giờ giấc làm việc và tự sắp xếp công việc
OT chỉ khi dự án gấp, dự án thường vẫn có thể sắp xếp về sớm được.
Suggestions for improvement:
Khi dự án gấp OT liên tục nên sẽ dễ kiệt sức và mệt mỏi, tuy nhiên lúc không dự án thì rất rảnh rỗi nên có thể bù lại.
