What I liked:
Business hay, nhiều sản phẩm, tạo điều kiện cho nhân viên phát triển bản thân.
Nhiều hoạt động gắn kết.
Đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, nhiệt tình. Sếp thân thiện, lắng nghe mọi người.
Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt, không có OT nhiều, nếu có thì được tính theo luật. Chủ yếu mọi người tự sắp xếp và tự giác.
Do làm trực tiếp với khách nước ngoài nên sếp cũng cố gắng giới hạn meeting và hỗ trợ WFH giảm giờ nếu có meeting buổi tối.
Suggestions for improvement:
Nếu OT cuối tuần thì đổi qua ngày phép chứ không quy ra lương. Những người thích lương thì sẽ không happy về điều này.
Công ty tốt, nên đi làm

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
