We are a small startup building a social media app based on connecting strangers in chat rooms. This would be our first full-time hire. Our other hires were freelancers.

A software developer working for us would have the opportunity to work on our existing MVP and apply his or her creativity to it as we bring it to market. They will be working from home permanently and will have flexible hours since we value productivity over set schedules.
