What I liked:
Môi trường trẻ trung, thoải mái, trang phục tự do, sếp tốt, rất quan tâm anh em, học hỏi đc nhiều (tuỳ phòng ban nữa nha - mình thì may mắn), điểm cộng nữa là canteen, khởi đầu tốt cho các bạn <1 năm kn
văn hoá OT hoan hỷ, không tính lương, làm cuối tuần hoặc ngày lễ thì bonus cũng không đáng kể
Suggestions for improvement:
phúc lợi bảo hiểm nâng lên, ít cũng phải 50%, lương cũng khá thấp so với mặt bằng, OT cần tính rõ ràng. Giảm bớt các trường hợp đệ của sếp được ưu ái ngồi mát ăn bát vàng
