What I liked:
Điều mình yêu nhất khi làm ở đây là tinh thần teamwork. Các thành viên luôn sẵn sàng chia sẻ kiến thức, hỗ trợ nhau giải quyết vấn đề. Văn hóa công ty rất tôn trọng sự sáng tạo và khuyến khích nhân viên đưa ra ý tưởng mới. Ban lãnh đạo cởi mở, dễ tiếp cận và quan tâm đến sự phát triển của từng cá nhân. Ngoài ra, cơ sở vật chất hiện đại, không gian làm việc thoải mái, nhiều khu vực để thư giãn, giúp mình luôn có động lực và năng lượng khi làm việc.
OT nhiều do có nhiều dự án, nhưng có thể học hỏi được nhiều kiến thức mới
Suggestions for improvement:
Có thể mở thêm nhiều chương trình mentoring giữa nhân viên giàu kinh nghiệm và nhân viên mới để giúp quá trình học hỏi nhanh hơn. Đồng thời, bổ sung thêm phúc lợi về chăm sóc sức khỏe và hoạt động thể thao để nâng cao tinh thần và thể lực cho nhân viên.
