Có nhiều thứ để intern học nếu chủ động còn không chủ động thì chẳng khác gì đến rồi về
Ot vừa phải, xong việc thì về. Intern chủ động thì ở lại không thì về không ai quan tâm
Suggestions for improvement:
Ít nhất cũng nên có trợ cấp cho intern, thay vì tuyển ồ ạt intern thì nên tuyển những bạn có tiềm năng rồi trợ cấp một chút
Môi trường cởi mở, nhiệt huyết, nhiều dự án lớn
