What I liked:
Văn phòng rộng rãi, sạch sẽ và thoáng mát.
Đời sống tinh thần của nhân viên được quan tâm nhiều.
Ít OT, nhưng một khi OT thì chế độ đầy đủ cho nhân viên.
Suggestions for improvement:
Quy trình làm việc còn nhiều nút thắt, cần cải thiện quy trình.
Dự án khá nhiều nhưng lifetime của dự án đó khá là ngắn.
Team vui, nhiều hoạt động, phong trào

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
