What I liked:
Vp mới siêu đẹp, pantry rộng, luôn full sữa và mì gói, bánh kẹo.
HR dễ thuơng, support khá nhiệt tình
Phúc lợi OK ko có gì chê cả.
Task giao khá rõ ràng, mn hoà đồng, không đấu đá nội bộ ( đối với MKT team) còn lại ko rõ.
Lâu lâu được cty trainning + mở nhiều khoá học phù hợp cho nv
Sau này mới được OT có lương, thủ tục submit OT còn rườm rà qua nhiều cấp sếp
Suggestions for improvement:
CV 1 người ôm khá nhiều task nên overload.
Định hướng phát triển nhân viên chưa rõ ràng
Lương tăng mỗi năm thấp , tăng cho có
Họp hơi nhiều không có thới gian làm daily task ( nhìn chung )
