Quản lý không thực sự giỏi, phù hợp với những bạn có khả năng tự mày mò.
Tăng lương khá ít nếu theo chính sách công ty
Lộ trình phát triển không rõ ràng, một số dự án có thể không ổn định và bị chuyển liên tục nhưng cũng dễ hiểu vì cty cần tối ưu resources
