What I liked:
Công ty có survey ý kiến của nhân viên hàng năm, và có nỗ lực để cải thiện. Công ty có môi trường học tập tốt, đặc biệt là tiếng Anh được chú trọng đào tạo cho nhân viên. Có cơ hội thăng tiến rõ ràng. Ngoài ra thu nhập của nhân viên cũng tương đối ổn. Công ty có công cụ làm việc tốt, máy tính cấu hình cao,các phần mềm được mua bản quyền 100%. Ngoài ra công ty còn cung cấp Mac cho nhân viên sử dụng. Có rất nhiều hoạt động nội bộ dành cho nhân viên, và mọi người cũng hứng thú tham gia các hoạt động này. Sếp CEO rất quan tâm tới nhân viên.
Công ty trả tiền OT khi phải làm việc. Trả hợp lý
Suggestions for improvement:
Văn phòng cần cải thiện hơn về màu sắc và thảm trải sản. Ngoài ra không gian làm việc chưa thật sự sáng tạo. Công ty có thể cải thiện về không gian của canteen, làm khu vực rộng hơn. Ngoài ra cần có thêm không gian nghỉ ngơi, thư giãn và không gian xanh trong văn phòng
Môi trường rất đáng để thử một lần trong đời

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
